Queue management x Enercal — Koné
A measured, managed reception with Orchestra
For the opening of its new Koné branch, Enercal chose Qmatic’s Orchestra to organize customer reception. Visitors take a ticket on arrival and wait in front of Philips displays remotely managed by Enercal’s communications department, which broadcasts news, outage information and event announcements.
