Do you only build websites?
No. VisualCom mainly develops business applications, web platforms and software solutions linked to the equipment we integrate. We also build websites when that's the right answer to the need.
What is a business application?
It's a tool designed for a specific process in your business — registrations, tracking, workflow, management — rather than a general-purpose website. It adapts to how you work, not the other way around.
Can you connect an application to hardware?
Yes. We also develop embedded software for connected devices, such as our ESP32-based call button linked to a queue management solution.
Do you develop your own software?
Yes. CAP Pilote and CAP Display, for example, are designed and developed in-house by VisualCom for our own display solutions.
What's the difference between CAP Display and CAP Pilote?
CAP Display is the technical application developed by VisualCom for managing and controlling devices. CAP Pilote is the online tool used by customers to manage their content and broadcasts.
Do you provide maintenance and updates?
Yes. We support every tool after it goes live: updates, fixes and local technical support in Nouméa.
