Could 2023 be the year of automation? This case study presents a solution that displays whether a meeting room is occupied or not: the 10'' Philips display used has a mini “ambilight” controlled via ClicAndPublish — red if the room is occupied, green if it's free.

The ClicAndPublish Android app connects to an O365 (or Google Calendar) calendar and syncs dynamically with no further action needed. The Philips model used is touch-enabled: touching the screen once shows the current week, a second touch shows the current month.
