VisualCom welcomes a young participant from Vill’Âge Jeunes’ Multi’Cap program
For a week, the VisualCom team opened its doors to a young participant in the Multi’Cap program run by Vill’Âge Jeunes, for a hands-on introduction to web and digital signage work.
A week of career discovery
Ridvan spent five days at VisualCom as part of Multi’Cap, a Vill’Âge Jeunes program focused on career discovery and re-engaging young people. The program included content creation, an introduction to web development, installing screens and totems, and fieldwork alongside the team.
From discovery to independence
Day by day, the tasks entrusted to Ridvan grew in responsibility. The team guided him step by step through our different areas of work — web development, digital signage, screen installation — and his ideas were taken on board throughout the week.
A partnership that goes beyond signage
This immersion is part of a broader trusted relationship with Vill’Âge Jeunes: our team designed the WebApp the organization uses to manage sign-ups and schedule its activities.
