Could 2023 be the year of automation? This case study presents a solution that displays whether a meeting room is occupied or not, using a Philips 10'' screen with a mini “ambilight” controlled by ClicAndPublish: red when occupied, green when free.

Synced automatically with your calendar

The ClicAndPublish Android app connects to an O365 calendar (or Google Calendar) and synchronizes dynamically without any other intervention. The Philips screen used is touch-enabled: one tap displays the current week, a second tap shows the current month.
